We runners are obviously active people, but sometimes there's no shame in sitting back and watching other athletes perform. What better example of this than being inspired by some of the world's best track and field athletes on a spring day at historic Hayward Field in Eugene at the meet named for one of the sport's legends, Oregon's own Steve Prefontaine? Of course, I'm referring to the Prefontaine Classic on Sunday, June 7.
