AJ has always been a great miler. This season started with him behind the curve a little, coming off an injury. By NCAA's he was back up to speed, dipping under 27 seconds for his last 200 meters. That's when you know he's 100%. In this race he simply throttled up way before 200 to go and held it. 3:53 is a whole new ball game for AJ.
